1. Please get in touch with customer within 24 hours to follow up about the appointment.
2. Discuss with customer about their preference, such as makeup style, hairstyle, henna design or saree draping style.
3. Double confirm with customer on the service details, date, time and location of service.

2. Ensure that you have all the products, tools, accessories needed for the service.
3. Ensure that you look presentable or dress appropriately for the place that you are going.
4. Remember to collect balance payment from your customer after the service is done.
5. You MUST take photo of the makeup, hairstyle, henna design or saree draping that has been done as a proof in case of client dispute.
6. Please make sure photos are taken in a bright area, clear and WITHOUT PHOTO FILTER in order to be judge accurately in case of client complaint.
1. After the appointment, please email us the photos you have taken.
2. Selected photos will be uploaded to your profile page as portfolio.
After the appointment, customer will be requested to leave a review on your profile page.
